Beware The Venomous Wrath of….Santino!!
We’ve had many great “reptilian” superstars on the WWE roster. Go way back to the 80′s and early 90′s and you’ll find the original snake, Jake “The Snake” Roberts, master of psychological warfare and mentor to The Undertaker himself. Fast forward to the mid 90′s and you have Stone Cold Steve Austin, also known as the Texas Rattlesnake for his roughneck attitude and brutally sudden Stone Cold Stunner. And then there’s the cold and calculative Randy Orton, who is fittingly called The Viper not just for his merciless nature but also for of his swift, debilitating RKO. But now, there’s one more superstar on that list who has looked the serpent in the eye and claimed its namesake, and it’s none other than The Cobra himself….Santino Marella! More

The Beast, The Freak, The Anomaly Has Returned!
Oh man, where do I even start with this post? This whole thing has such a surreal vibe to it, that even trying to digest the fact that Brock Lesnar is back is difficult to do. I never thought I’d see the day when Lesnar would be back on a long-term basis to unleash his brute dominance on the WWE roster. Sure, I knew he’d be back for a one-off stint at WrestleMania…but this is something else entirely. Last Monday on Raw, Brock Lesnar returned to a white-hot Miami crowd and delivered a landscape-altering F5 to none other than John Cena. All I have to say is “Yes!!” Things are about to get very ugly, very soon. More
I didn’t want to do a lengthy review of WrestleMania 28 for two major reasons; I was literally exhausted by the time it was done and by the time I was able to do it, most of you would have read two dozen reviews across the Internet already. So a full review seemed quite pointless to me. I didn’t want to infringe on Johnathon Smith’s signature way of dissecting a show either, which he’s great at doing every week for Monday Night Raw. Go check out his latest column, seriously.
So I figured I’d talk about WrestleMania 28 the same way I watched WrestleMania 28: as a mark, and as a fan who threw logic out the door and rooted despite the odds for his favorite superstars to win. By the end of the night, I realized that WrestleMania 28 was a show built for the marks and not the smarks, and here’s why I think so. More
