Destruction In The Desert!
It’s the biggest card in WrestleMania history and it’s less than a week away! Champions will rise, legends will be made, and immortals will fall from their godly pedestals on this day when war is waged in the simmering hot desert of Phoenix, Arizona. Will Bret “The Hitman” Hart finally have his revenge on Vince McMahon for what happened 13 years ago at Montreal? Will Edge be able to keep his momentum going and take the championship off Chris Jericho? Will John Cena finally defeat Batista, will Sheamus prove to Triple H that he means business, and will Rey Mysterio be forced into the StraightEdge Society? All these burning questions will bear their answers this Sunday but the one match that questions the very foundation of pro-wrestling today is none other than the rematch between Shawn Michaels vs The Undertaker. No matter who wins this match, the end of an era is coming. Will HBK be forced to hang up his boots…or will the Deadman’s unprecedented 17-0 streak come to a screeching halt? The epic event is less than a week away so get to downloadin’! You might notice that the Unified Tag Team Championship match isn’t there and I wish I could slot it in, but there’s only so much room on a canvas. Enjoy, all!

A Clash For Championship Glory.
When Edge and Chris Jericho teamed up last year to win the Unified Tag Team Championships, I was overjoyed. I loved the angle and I loved the pairing; these two shared chemistry that was unbeatable. Unfortunately Edge sustained an injury and Chris Jericho was forced to find a new partner (hence the birth of JeriShow). While I still love JeriShow (despite them going their separate ways), I’m sure I would have loved the Edge-Jericho tag-team way better. Edge won the Royal Rumble, Chris Jericho won the championship off The Undertaker, and here they are at WrestleMania 26 in a battle for one of the most coveted prizes in wrestling history. I’m definitely going with Chris Jericho on this one. Make no mistake, I am a huge fan of the Rated [R] Superstar, and I would have rooted for him if he had remained a heel. I just cant seem to take the new Edge as seriously as I did when he was smashing Ric Flair’s head between a steel chair and some concrete. However, this match has a lot to offer and I’m sure I’m going to enjoy it anyway. Both these guys are great performers and wrestlers; definitely something to look forward to. And most likely, this isn’t the end of the Jericho / Edge feud. Download and decorate your screens with this new WrestleMania 26 wallpaper featuring The Ultimate Opportunist, Edge vs the self-proclaimed Best In The World, Chris Jericho!
PS : Many thank-yous for the great response and feedback I received for the previous WM26 wallpapers (John Cena vs Batista & ‘Taker vs Shawn Michaels); much appreciated!
Keep checking back for more WrestleMania 26 wallpapers, all!

WrestleMania 26 Wallpaper: John Cena vs Batista.

“Clash Of The Titans!”
It happens in every generation. It used to be Hulk Hogan vs The Ultimate Warrior. The it became The Rock vs Stone Cold Steve Austin. And now it’s John Cena vs Batista at the Show Of Shows. What’s awesome about this second clash between these former rivals is that it isn’t somewhat of a friendly bout anymore. It’s an all-out personal war with John Cena being everyone’s hero and Batista being literally evil to the core. The Animal has shown time and time again that John Cena just isn’t any match for him (which is probably why Cena will end up winning in the end, but still). Lets hope WWE does something unique for once and not have the same ol’ “hero / underdog emerges victorious” scenario that we’ve seen time and time again at ‘Mania events. I first thought that this match was going to involve Vince McMahon and Bret Hart standing in their “team’s” respective corners but it turned out differently, which is a good thing. If it were up to me I would have Batista hold on to the WWE Championship for a long, long time. Plus, the WWE Championship needs a facelift. While the “spinner” design looks solid, it’s pretty one-sided in the sense that it looks like it always belongs to John Cena. Lets have a general-looking championship, shall we? Anyway, download the wallpaper above in anticipation of WrestleMania 26 and the brawl between these two WWE juggernauts. It’s gonna’ be an epic battle in the desert and destruction will be inevitable!

The Rematch Of The Century.
Probably the only match that could top Shawn Michaels vs The Undertaker at WrestleMania 25 would be Shawn Michaels vs The Undertaker at WrestleMania 26! When the dust settled after last year’s phenomenal showdown, I was one of the millions who were left wondering if we’d ever see a match of this caliber again anytime soon. I guess we didn’t have to wait very long. The only difference this year around is that it’s much more personal, and the career of one of the greatest superstars in wrestling history hangs in the balance. WrestleMania 26 will see the annihilation of the unprecedented “17-0 WrestleMania Streak” or it will be the final showcase for the Heart Break Kid, Shawn Michaels. Either way, this year will mark the end of an era. And while I wouldn’t want The Undertaker’s legendary winning streak to ever end, I also think that if there’s one person who deserves to break it, it’s the Showstopper, Shawn Michaels! But at the end of the day, I’m rooting for The Undertaker because while Shawn Michaels retiring is a huge loss, we all know nobody ever really retires in WWE. The streak, on the other hand, can never be “un-broken”.
So this is it. The sequel of sequels. And the wallpaper above is a sequel to last year’s wallpaper. It has been said that WrestleMania 26 could turn out to be one of the biggest ‘Mania events in WWE history, and by the look of things it seems to be going that exact direction. The matches are huge in scale but make no mistake and this isn’t to offend fans of other superstars; but there is no match this year that’s bigger than The Undertaker vs Shawn Michaels II! Download and enjoy, all!

WrestleMania 26 + Extreme Rules Posters.
Sunday
Mar 7, 2010
I know these updates are behind time so apologies are due. WrestleMania 26 is really close and I’ve been working on a few things for the site, so that should explain the delay. Also, other sections of the site like Posters, Display Pics, etc will go up after WrestleMania 26. I wish there was more time in a day to do it all, but unfortunately there isn’t, guys.
Anyway, here are the posters for WrestleMania 26 and the PPV that has been bumped up a few months to replace Backlash, Extreme Rules. WrestleMania features an array of superstars, as always, and Extreme Rules features the “ginger-giant” Sheamus. I’m not exactly too excited about WWE’s new lineup and rearrangement of PPV events but I guess we’ll
have to live with it for now. Plus, the Extreme Rules poster doesn’t really look that great.
To all of you who notified me about these posters, you know who you are, thanks! I couldn’t note down all your names because it was a while ago, but I’ll definitely credit you the next time around when new posters come out. Thanks, fellas!

Lets Get Ready To Rumble!
A lot can change in a year. Different feuds, new rivalries, and a change of opponents. But some things never change; for instance, the Royal Rumble. The rules are the same as they’ve always been for years. 30 superstars unleash hell in the ring, and the last man standing who hasn’t been thrown over the top rope is guaranteed an opportunity at a championship of his choosing at the main event of WrestleMania. This year’s Rumble event looks massive. While I’m not too keen about the other championship matches, I can’t wait to see Randy Orton square off against relative newcomer and WWE Champion Sheamus. It’s a breath of fresh air; seeing heel versus heel. The Rumble main event itself, however, is star-studded this year. You have Batista, John Cena, Triple H, CM Punk, Kane, Chris Jericho, Kofi Kingston, and guys like Big Show gunning for a championship opportunity. And then you have superstars like Shawn Michaels who have deeper agendas than just a championship belt. There is no Legacy, there is no Degeneration X; it’s every man for himself and only one spot for the taking. Buckle up, people, we’re on the fast lane to WrestleMania 26 and it all kicks off with the Royal Rumble!
