“The Two-Time, Two-Time, All American-American!”
If there’s one guy who repeats his words more than Mrrrrr.Anderson…Anderson, it’s the current World Heavyweight Champion, Jack Swagger. In all honesty, I thought Swagger was doomed when he started getting his @$$ tossed-out of rings by Santino. And I wasn’t very happy with his push when he won Money In The Bank at WrestleMania either. Thankfully, Jack Swagger has proven me wrong and he seems to have his path cut-out for him. The guy’s doing a good job and if he plays his cards well, he could become a permanent top-rank name. His in-ring skills are fantastic for a guy his size, so pitting him against superstars like The Undertaker doesn’t look awkward. To me it looks like Jack Swagger is heading down the same path as Kurt Angle. In fact, I think he could be our next Kurt Angle. They both excel at amateur wrestling, they use pro-American themes in their personas, they both repeat catchphrase words (It’s True, It’s True / It’s Real, It’s Damn Real / All American, American ), and they’ll always be slightly dorky no matter how much they grow as superstars. Beast. Behemoth. Batista.
There are some superstars in WWE that just thrive as heels and Batista is one of them. In my opinion, Batista’s current run is the best I’ve seen so far, even compared to when he was a face and even compared to way back when he was in Evolution. Batista’s current ‘spotlight’ angle is brash, bold, and puts The Animal in his own league. I didn’t really catch WWE Over The Limit but I know the outcome of the I Quit Match. Rumor has it that Batista may be taking some time off (or even retiring really soon) so that’s why I decided to make these wallpapers. It’s a whopper Batista wallpaper in two different versions. Below is the one I call the ‘Rage‘ version. Pick your favorite! If I had my say I’d want Batista to stick around somemore since he’s one of the few decent superstars in today’s WWE. And if he does stick around I hope he continues as heel. His arrogance, his verbal assaults, and his dominating ring presence is exactly what a solid heel is made of. While I didn’t really like the first feud between Batista and John Cena, their current tiff is one of my favorites in the last couple of years. The Final Showdown?
I know there hasn’t been a wallpaper in quite some time and even this one’s very much delayed and too close to the PPV date. I’ve been swamped with non-Unchained Wrestling Wallpapers work lately and some minor issues have kept me away from the website. Anyway, as always, here’s the wallpaper for this Sunday’s Over The Limit event. There’s much talk that this will be the finale between John Cena and his arch nemesis, Batista. To my own surprise, I’ve actually enjoyed their feud quite a bit. Batista brings a lot of intensity and ‘frank-talk’ to the game and it’s refreshing to see John Cena actually struggle to conquer an opponent for once. I’m pretty sure Cena will retain, though, but that’s another story. The other match I can’t wait to see is CM Punk vs Rey Mysterio. The whole ‘Straight Edge Society’ angle is currently one of the most interesting things in WWE today and I love watching CM Punk work on it week after week. I see Rey entering SES and working for Punk, just like Shawn Michaels used to “work” for JBL. Anyway, get to downloadin’…the event’s not too far away!

As Lethal As A Viper.
He is known as the ‘apex predator‘ of World Wrestling Entertainment. The best thing is, he stays that way whether he’s a face or a heel. Randy Orton may no longer be the leader of Legacy, or the one who goes around punting McMahons, but he’s still as deadly and as dangerous as ever. It takes one wrong move, just one small slip from his opponents to give Orton the opening he needs to deliver the vicious RKO! Lights out, and the referee counts to three. Here’s a new wallpaper featuring the venomous Randy Orton standing in a catacomb built with the ‘skulls of his opponents; victims of the crippling Punt‘. Randy Orton’s progress in WWE has been phenomenal so far. From ‘pretty-boy rookie’ to a member of the elite stable, Evolution, then to a young champion, and now as one of the most dominant superstars in the business today. Like I said, Randy Orton may be a face, but he’s still the root of all evil, and when he sets his sights on a target, they’d better get ready to suffer Orton’s lethal blow.  Lets just hope he stays that way and doesn’t soften-up during his run as a ‘good-guy’. No Rules. Anything Goes.
It’s supposedly the one night of the year when ‘anything goes’ and ‘no rules apply’, yet I’m sure when someone gets their forehead busted wide open, the “PG-Police” will come running out to the ring with a towel, some of that glue, and a first-aid kit, to make there’s no sight of blood on WWE programming. Also, I’m pretty sure we won’t see chairshots to the head since that has been banned as well. Monitors to the head, on the other hand, are fine? But anyway, I like Extreme Rules because it’s a lot more interesting than most of the new PPVs that have sprung up over the last year, even if the more brutal matches have been banished from WWE’s plans (for the time-being). And yes, the wallpaper above has only 5 matches because more matches were just announced today and there wasn’t any time left; the event is just days away. My most anticipated matches? Triple H / Sheamus and CM Punk / Rey Mysterio. I really think Triple H and Sheamus are going to hand out severe beatings to each other…hopefully I’m not wrong. Get to downloadin’, fellas!

Spear! Spear! Spear!
It’s all the rave on SmackDown! these days. Edge enters a match, picks up momentum, positions his opponent, pumps the crowd up with anticipation, and then in a swift and sudden blow; The Spear! I was pretty surprised to see cheer for the move pick up so fast, seeing as it has been around for ages and Edge has been doing it for a very long time now. But that’s how good Edge is as a superstar.He gets the crowd to boo him out of buildings when he’s a heel (and boy was he a fantastic heel), but he can also get the crowd into a frenzy when he’s a babyface. In this case, nowadays everyone wants to see Edge deliver a devastating “Spear! Spear! Spear!” Anyway, here’s a brand new wallpaper featuring the Rated [R] Superstar, Edge, and what seems to be his current state of mind; obsession with his favorite finisher. I’ve said before that I’ve always liked heel Edge better, but I’ll give the guy credit for being a successful babyface as well.
